I started coming here for migraines, and have never done acupuncture before. I began to experience improvements after a couple sessions, and after a couple months of regular sessions my migraines have improved (less frequent, less pain) by about 50%. This place is wonderful. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best experience of my life. I have been afraid of the thought of needles and acupuncture until I was referred to White Phoenix. My chiropractor told me great results from past patients so I told a chance to releave lower back pain. I began going multiple times per week and it was so satisfying to know I was using non-pharmaceutical products to release pain. 10/10 They also have an herbalist on staff which works miracles !
Allyndreth is a true healer! She has helped me so much! She was my first acupuncturist and she made me feel so comfortable. I had a health scare and decided it was time to try something new, be proactive about my health. Even after one session, I felt a huge change. My shoulders have been tight my whole life, and for once they felt relaxed. I go every week now to continue my treatment. Truly life changing. I recommend it to all my friends and family!
I love this place. The cozy atmosphere, the kantha quilts on the wall, the small handmade towels in the bathroom for drying your hands, the heated massage tables, the perfect relaxing music. So easy to fall asleep during the treatment. It's the kind of place that you almost want to keep a secret. Love that they added shiatsu massage to their services
