Excellent service, impressive shipping. Everyone I have spoken to is very knowledgeable. I’m on my 3rd order from them. 100% customer service. FYI Zach is a great guy to work with, he knows exactly what I need.
I find your shipping to be poor. Your, add says, orders go out someday or next day! Not true all my orders have been sent 6 to 5 days after I ordered. Order a set of pistons and rings, wrong ring. Engine builder can't put my motor together. Told your staff to send asp. 5 days later fed x says label created and would let me know when delivery date is, when they get rings. Cost me more than the rings. Not impressed.
Very easy to work with. Parts are good. Labor is excellent.
So far the quote process with Larry has been great! About to make the deal and will update as needed. Thanks for your professional help.
