Shima and Libby have been fantastic helping sort a long term issue I’ve had. Along with my hygienist Carly, and the rest of the team, I always enjoy the friendly and professional service I get when I go here
I had an appointment booked for three weeks. I then tried to call a whole week prior to explain I wouldn’t be in attendance as I couldn’t get the time off of work for the appointment. I rang the line 6 different times to change the appointment and was met with no answer. Therefore they have taken my £90 deposit and refuse to elaborate. Poor customer service and no competence to even answer the phone. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.
Atrocious customer service. Act as if you are an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.
