They were nice and I felt treated but they stopped in middle because they closed down and I was never reimbursed at all- they never warned me or said anything. It's a shame though, they were a nice place with nice people

They called in December to say they are closing the business and canceled my appointment and terminated my two year membership which hadn’t expired yet. Based on recent reviews it appears they are still operating. Surprisingly, since they offer zero customer service, and their machines are ineffective. Care to explain why you are not honoring your contracts, White Orchid?
