Tanya came out for a staging consultation and it was a great experience. She walked through the home with me, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a clear plan. She was professional, and definitely knowledgeable. Her changes and plan almost made me not want to move lol looking forward to working with her thanks Tanya!
Asked Tanya to provide information concerning the cost for staging to compare to another quote which I thought was on the high side. She wanted $400 upfront which would be credited should her company be hired. She spent about 1/2 hour walking through the home and determined her pricing would be at least $4000 higher than the other quote, with which she was provided, but did not provide her own quote or any details.
