Joelle is a dream. She listens and executes flawlessly. Every time!
So I needed a hair trim, shaping. I got assigned a "junior" stylist as I made appt only that morning. She wasn't comfortable that she could style it correctly for my type of hair so asked a "Master" stylist/ manager to take a look. She thought a more senior "master" stylist should cut my hair but one wasn't available. What a waste of time. The whole tier thing is ridiculous. When I go to a salon any stylist should be able to handle a simple short hair shaping.
Lara did an amazing job on my hair! I have never dyed my hair before and she did exactly what I was looking for. I’m so in love with how my hair turned out; she’s so amazing!!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Heather! She is truly the sweetest and such a talented hairdresser. Every time I leave her chair, I absolutely love my hair. She listens to exactly what I want, pays attention to every little detail, and always makes sure I leave feeling my absolute best. She’s seriously the best!
