I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at White Oak Wellness, specifically with V___e. I booked an appointment for 1 PM on February 7, only to arrive and be informed—on the spot—that V___e had canceled it without notifying me. I had to look into my email junk box and missed call thought that I missed her email/call.
