I used to have Dr. Bottler as my dentist years ago. He told me I didn't need to have my impacted wisdom teeth out because they'll hardly cause me any issues at all. Well, my wisdom tooth fully came in and is causing me costant pain and swelling, and now I have pulpitis in the tooth as well as it came in jammed against my molars that it ended up rotting from the inside out. I am in excruciating pain and I now can't afford to get it taken out. Years ago when I suggest it, I could have . But not anymore.
Every single staff member was super friendly & amazing!! Love this place always making me feel comfortable, and amazing with the dental work.
Been coming here ever since I was a small boy and the treatment I've recieved lately was absolutely shocking and distasteful. The customer service has been non-existent and wait times for appointments have been longer than normal. Always Respected Dr. Botner and his Family and wish nothing but the best. I have always referred and commended this dentistry but unfortunately will not be coming back.
Dr Bottner is pleasant and a pro. He teaches at the university and has been running his practice for many years so you know he's among the best. But my experience was disappointing. I felt that I was being talked down to. I felt like I was being treated as someone way below their intelligence level, especially by his assistant. A very unpleasant person. hired my daughter so he is a smart Dentist and you will be in good hands! Love that he is willing to accommodate later hours for working people.
