Really good experience with Jordan Reed! Highly recommend, he did an amazing job.
Horrible customer service and shotty work. Brought my truck there as was recommended by my dealership. They had possession of my vehicle for 6 months and reached out to me ONE time with updates. Started working on my vehicle without a work authorization and was advised by my insurance company they probably they wanted the repair because it was approximately 30k. And then finally returned to my vehicle to me with 2 body mounts completely disconnected which caused a very loud creaking which they tried to blame on the suspensio... read more
Absolutely incredible. Look, nobody ever looks forward to paying their deductible before picking up their repaired vehicle, but WOC made this whole process really easy. The staff are, dare I say, fun, and went above and beyond with the repair work, and topped it off with a wash and detail. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with White Oaks Collision.
