I really enjoy the Hydro Blast classes at White Oak Wellness Center. As a community member I am welcomed and treated very well The residents are super nice to me and to all members. I feel like the staff members are friends who try to make my experience as helpful and comfortable as possible. Communication is excellent. The Newsletters are VERY well done and shared liberally. White Oak Wellness center is awesome. Staff is so knowledgeable about senior fitness. Great facility with state of the art equipment, an aerobics studio and a salt water pool. Work out on your own or have a personalized routine planned for you or choose from a wide variety of land and pool classes for varied fitness levels. Best kept secret on Spartanburg’s Eastside. So friendly and encouraging!
This is a wonderful facility for getting exercise, both individually and with guidance from helpful and professional personnel.
