Best massage I have ever had.
Just to prove that people do read Google reviews....this is how I found Michelle. She did a lymphatic massage for me. She is so kind & so knowledgeable. She took extra time with me because I think she thought I really needed it. I felt great the next day. Exactly what I was needing! I will be back for any other services that I may need.

Eric is highly professional and an excellent therapist. He clarified the issue I was seeking treatment for and specifically addressed the issues. His communication was clear and specific, continually checking in to make sure the pressure was effective. The office is professional and welcoming. As a Licensed Bodyword therapist myself, for over 25 years, I highly recommend R + R and will definitely recommend clients here for therapies that I do not offer.
