I told my self the last time I was here I wouldn't come back!! But here I am due to being sick and needing to be seen on a Sunday. Nothing has changed!!! The front desk personel are rude as ever, and show kindness at all!! You cut me off in mid sentence just to let me know what I need to pay for my visit!!! She needs to learn some bed side manners from the doctor that just seen me!!! He was awesome!!!
⭐ If I could give ZERO stars, I would — and even that feels generous. I came in on Monday feeling absolutely miserable, and the nurse who saw me acted like my presence personally offended her. The attitude was disgusting — cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was treated like an inconvenience, not a patient. Turns out I had strep throat — which explained why I felt like I’d been hit by a truck. Very pleased with care received; especially Dr. Keller. He took care of head injury, explained all I needed to watch for, and followed up 6 hours later with phone call.
I just went in on Sunday to be seen for a bacterial infection I've been dealing with for over a week. I feel terrible. It hurts to even walk. The ladies at the front desk were crude right from the start. Not friendly at all. My Nurse was great. She gave me a stronger medication as the first round I got did not cure it. She said it would probably make me feel worse. She was right. I have a terrible sore throat and I can barely stand long enough to take a shower without getting dizzy or feeling as if I will throw up.
