I just went in on Sunday to be seen for a bacterial infection I've been dealing with for over a week. I feel terrible. It hurts to even walk. The ladies at the front desk were crude right from the start. Not friendly at all. My Nurse was great. She gave me a stronger medication as the first round I got did not cure it. She said it would probably make me feel worse. She was right. I have a terrible sore throat and I can barely stand long enough to take a shower without getting dizzy or feeling as if I will throw up. Doctor Olshinski was phenomenal!
I brought my daughter in yesterday to be evaluated. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with front desk staff. Kristen was the lady at the font desk. Her attitude was horrible from the very moment she spoke to me. I gave her my ID, she then asked if my daughter had insurance. I told her that yes, she does and that I have her policy number but not her physical card. She then proceeds to push my ID back to me thru the window stating "for us to see her we have to have the insurance card", refusing the see h... read more
Took my granddaughter there see about a rash. No blood work..nothing else..$290. What a ripoff
They are quick, efficient and effective. It's a really good location and their facilities are nice and clean.
