Eric came over to repair a clogged drain and do some other smaller jobs. He was able to clear a long-term clogged kitchen sink. He also got my garbage disposer working again as that was the cheaper option to the removal I originally requested. He added a bypass around my whole-house filter/softener system for ease of maintenance. Communication was quick and easy to set up the job. Really appreciate Eric at White Oak Plumbing. Called around 6pm on a Friday and rather than having to wait until Monday, he arrived about an hour and a half later to help with a plumbing problem. He’s super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We had a newborn in the home and suddenly we couldn’t shower or wash clothes because the drain backed up into our basement in the late afternoon. Called White Oak and they said they had another job but would be over later in the afternoon. Most other plumbers said they couldn’t even perform the drain clearing we needed. Got to our house at 4:30pm and stayed til the job was done. Showed me exactly what they were doing and were very personable.
