I have never even been in their office but had a horrible time talking with these people. They gave me the run around for weeks and having me call my insurance, my dentist that sent my referral through, and other various things. Like I felt like I was doing their job!, and being incredibly rude during the process! I needed to get teeth pulled. "Dr. Ejlal Alalawi and her team provide 5-star care! I had a wisdom tooth extraction on August 6 and brought my son, Jarett, along. Amber at the front desk was fantastic and made sure to keep Jarett updated on my status the whole time. Dr. Alalawi’s assistant was also incredibly supportive during the procedure, and Dr. Alalawi herself was gentle, skilled, and professional. They turned a stressful surgery into a wonderful experience!"
Incredibly rude. I had a referral from another dentist for oral surgery, but the referring dentist only accepts Medicaid for children. I was assured by another member of White Oak staff that my insurance as an adult on Medicaid would be accepted, but that I would need the initial dentist I saw to put the referral through to insurance. I tried to do that, called my initial dentist back, and they told me thwy unfortunately could not submit the referral because their system only allows that for patients 21 and younger. They are quick at there job any time I had pain they re numbed me
Was nervous when I first went it but the 2 Dentist lady’s took real good care and made sure I was comfortable/Safe and ready before they extracted my wisdom teeth !! Explained everything very detailed ,was very patient with me thank you !! 10/10 recommend first time ever getting a tooth pulled!
