Not sure where to start this is not a great place to rent from they ask you to deviate from your original lease with new rules and regulations that have to be signed or you'll be evicted. One case and point that they don't want to take any responsibilities if anything is wrong based on their own contractors, workers etc. Also including electrical issues fires on their end witch would make this place unsafe for you and your families .
