Do not send your loved ones here. I want to breakdown my thoughts of this place. First of all there are some nurses who really do care about their job and are sweet, but those are few and far between. My grandfather stayed here for a week. When the family wasn’t there he was basically by himself. Leaving him to defecate all over himself is neglectful and demeaning. He was not bathed the entire time he stayed there. My Dad recently was in short-term rehab for two weeks. Overall, the experience was very positive. All of the staff were pleasant, kind, and gave him prompt attention. The rehab department was excellent and provided great care. The only concern we had was with the food. At times, it was undercooked-for example, he was served raw bacon once-and what was listed on the menu or his selection was not always what was actually served.

My grandma was here for 10 years. She passed away 2 weeks ago thus I want to breakdown my thoughts of this place. First of all there are some nurses who really do care about their job and are sweet, but those are few and far between.As far as the care she received She was not bathed regularly, was often left without necessary pain medication, and had to endure completely unacceptable living conditions—including ants in her room and even rats.She could not feed herself good as she couldn’t really sit up. I'm staying at White Oak Manor shebly tonight and I fine it a great place! The nurses are great and so is the cna! You know they get really busy. You got to have alittle patience, they'll be there soon! The food is great! A wonderful place to have rehab!
