My grandma was here for 10 years. She passed away 2 weeks ago thus I want to breakdown my thoughts of this place. First of all there are some nurses who really do care about their job and are sweet, but those are few and far between.As far as the care she received She was not bathed regularly, was often left without necessary pain medication, and had to endure completely unacceptable living conditions—including ants in her room and even rats.She could not feed herself good as she couldn’t really sit up. I'm staying at White Oak Manor shebly tonight and I fine it a great place! The nurses are great and so is the cna! You know they get really busy. You got to have alittle patience, they'll be there soon! The food is great! A wonderful place to have rehab!

They tell the families lies about everything. Admin are mean spirited, high turnover rate of CNA's because they are being treated badly, under - paid, and over worked due to understaffed. Families need to come together and file formal complaints against them.

I absolutely loved the CNA class. The teachers are amazing. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to join Healthcare.
