If I could rate this place -0.0 stars I would but because I am nice I chose 1 star. My last living grandmother was there due to a fractured bone injury at her assisted living place which she was then transferred to White Oak. While she was there she had her hearing aids soaked which were very expensive, she had her clothes washed with other people’s and someone left crayons in their pockets no one checked and it went all over new clothes we just purchased for her, plus then a nurse and trainee put my grandmother in a lift ch... read more
This is a great facility. The staff is caring. I love the new renovations over the past couple of months.
