My dad went to White Oak for rehab after his back surgery and it was the best decision made. Mrs. Debra, the Nurses, the CNA's, and the rest of the staff are wonderful people. They treat your family member with respect, care, are patient, and make you feel comfortable.

The nurses are awesome as well as the CNA’S ! However, the amount of residents for the nurses and CNA’s that they are assigned is at an extreme! 1 nurse has 30 residents! One CNA has 15 residents. They have no staff because of this and it’s sad! Hopefully, the new DON Dana will stop terminating her nurses and CNA’s before she has no staff left and the residents will get the proper care that they need! Oh and just an FYI if you’re not of color, don’t even apply

Incompetence at its finest. I’ve read the recent reviews and even dealt with several of the names mentioned. Yes the admission process is easy and the staff in the front of the house show compassion and empathy because it’s their job to get you and your loved ones in the door but once you have to rely on the nurses and CNA’s it’s a different story. I cannot recommend White Oak Estates enough! From the time I was looking for a rehab facility for my grandmother, to coordinating with staff, to switching over to hospice, & her last days. Mrs. Debra has been a literal phone call, text, or office visit away! The staff is so personable and genuinely treats your family member as their own! Especially shoutout to Nurse Jesse who not only took care of my grandmother in making her comfortable, but took the time to comfort my family as well in the difficult moments.
