Our experience at White Oak Estates has been very positive. Everyone is friendly and helpful with making our stay as pleasant as possible. PT is excellent in all they do to ensure you are ready to go home. The entire staff has been excellent in their care for my husband. I would definitely recommend this facility .
My Mom originally came to White Oaks for rehab but has since moved into the long term care of the facility. The staff has been so wonderful to work with, especially Deborah Boulware the Admissions Director. She has gone beyond her job description to accommodate my questions or concerns. Emma Bowers, The Administrator has also been wonderful. She handled my concerns promptly and efficiently with a sweet, friendly voice which makes a huge difference. I have been caregiving 4 parents for 23 years. Learned a lot in those years. White Oak Estates is by far one of the best facilities I have experienced. My mama is in rehab. CNAs to LPNs to RN’s to Dr. Melin, his nurse Denise, Dana and Gwendolyn, Deborah in admissions, Teira in the business office, Kitchen and laundry staff listened to special requests, Lillian in activities is so loving…they are a super team! If you care about your family members do not attempt to send them here, figure it out somewhere else. Btw my dad chose this place not me! There are a few good people there, but very limited! the business office is rude, not organized IKEA wants over talk you and not answer questions but repeat the same thing over and over. Then hang up because you have to raise your voice because she keeps interrupting you as you speak.
