I only gave it 1 start because it doesn't give you the option to give 0 stars. I just want to say the manager here is very unprofessional, and rude. She gossips about everyone and everything to residence and potential residence, which i find very disturbing. They really need to find better management or they are going to end up loosing a lot of really nice people.
you'll never own your trailers in the end it's some excuse on you have to pay for your title.bottomline when you make your last month the finance company sends your title in who ever name it was financed but once it's paid off it's not white oaks anymore it's paid for.
Been here almost 2 months and the management team have been great... .no problems and have fixed what they said they would in a timely manner
