I cannot say enough good things about this practice, and most notably Dr. Carly Mount! I happened to find her info, in my search for a therapist, in Psychology Today. From grief counseling, to self introspection, and everything in between, Dr. Mount was instrumental in turning things around for me. The best therapy experience I've ever had. They were great at communicating with me about payment, schedule changes, insurance requirements, etc. Even if they are out of network, they are relatively affordable, and helped me figure out how to submit for reimbursement. I also really appreciated that they were not afraid to move me around to another therapist they felt thought would be a better fit based on what I was looking for. And they ended up being right! I've worked with this office for a while now and feel like I've found a great match in a therapist. I feel heard when discussing the items I wish to work on or gain further insight into. My therapist is thoughtful, provides helpful feedback, challenges me, and meets me with kindness when things feel difficult.
