Their team came around town going door-to-door. I ended up scheduling a visit with their sales person. We were very courteous to him in our home, even though he was taking way too much time to evaluate our possible window and door replacement needs. He eventually (2 hrs later) gave an estimate for window replacements that was very high, then lowered it several times just because I said, I thought it seemed high (Why not just give your best price upfront and not try to get everything you can).
