I was approved to buy a home here that was already built except for picking out thing’s inside for their advertisement price of 145,900 . I went through the whole process and paid the earnest money. Next thing I heard they backed out stating the price was wasn’t right. A glitch in the system. Couldn’t let me buy this home. That’s after they found out that I was approved for a higher amount.
