Nice facilities but the food is nasty. The cnas play on the phone while the residents wait for help.
The Director of Nursing is a joke . Talks over you doesn’t allow you to explain the situation. CNA are lazy good luck getting them off their phones or away from the tv . Staff in the 600 halls rude. My Uncles room looks like it gets cleaned maybe once a week. We have had to clean his bathroom /room daily because they sure don’t . Don’t bother letting management know all you’ll get us a “ oh I’m sorry it will be taken care of” 🙄It will not be taken care of . My mother’s stay was wonderful! Can’t say enough about how great the staff was! Catered to her every need with love❤️
The lady who is the head of the cleaning department is far from professional and so is her crew. My Aunts room is always a mess. Sticky floors and table she eats on. Her bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. You can see bacterial growth. Try to explain this to her she sighs and rolls her eyes.
