The Director of Nursing is a joke . Talks over you doesn’t allow you to explain the situation. CNA are lazy good luck getting them off their phones or away from the tv . Staff in the 600 halls rude. My Uncles room looks like it gets cleaned maybe once a week. We have had to clean his bathroom /room daily because they sure don’t . My mother’s stay was wonderful! Can’t say enough about how great the staff was! Catered to her every need with love❤️
The lady who is the head of the cleaning department is far from professional and so is her crew. My Aunts room is always a mess. Sticky floors and table she eats on. Her bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. You can see bacterial growth. Try to explain this to her she sighs and rolls her eyes. My mom has been staying here for several weeks to have physical therapy. Mom is still there. We (my 3 sisters and I) love this facility and the staff. The nurses are great! Mom seems to like it too. I believe she enjoys eating with her new friends and all the other entertainment they have. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
This place is awesome clean, and not depressing like others all the staff were great to my Mother. The nurses cna's doctor, and the kitchen staff were wonderful Thanks so much. An extra special Thank You to Jessica in admission for all your help thank you.
