The lady who is the head of the cleaning department is far from professional and so is her crew. My Aunts room is always a mess. Sticky floors and table she eats on. Her bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. You can see bacterial growth. Try to explain this to her she sighs and rolls her eyes. My mom has been staying here for several weeks to have physical therapy. Mom is still there. We (my 3 sisters and I) love this facility and the staff. The nurses are great! Mom seems to like it too. I believe she enjoys eating with her new friends and all the other entertainment they have. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
This place is awesome clean, and not depressing like others all the staff were great to my Mother. The nurses cna's doctor, and the kitchen staff were wonderful Thanks so much. An extra special Thank You to Jessica in admission for all your help thank you.

I work in admissions and try to help families as best I can. There are often times when families come to the facility without an appointment to see me and I talk with them as best I can. At times, when families show up, I may be tied up on the phone with insurance companies and so on that can cause the families to wait. Our sweet receptionist always makes families aware that there will be a wait and will try to get another employee to talk with them.
