I was very impressed with this family business! The owners daughter was so knowledgeable and very helpful with my order that I picked up and the took to our off grid property in Colorado. Over the past couple years I’ve had a few questions and they are always available and very knowledgeable no matter who answers the phone.
White Mountain Solar is abusive! Do Not Use!!
Buyer beware! Look out for their cancellation policy. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our order the following week after putting a $12k deposit down. He charged 20% of the total for restocking fee.$5500 for restocking! The system wasn’t even ready or programmed yet. Further more Brian was hard to reach sometimes taking days to return phone call if you were lucky enough to get a response even before we ordered our system.
I am writing this review about my experience yesterday. Myself and my aunty went in just to simply ask what cords were needed for battery supply, and was met with the rudest person i have had to deal with in a while. He told us he needed to be payed to just look at it for no more than maybe 5 minutes, im not an expert and thats what it took myself.
