I purchased my solar system from White Mountain solar back in 2021. I had no previous experience with solar power in order that I have much knowledge. It's coming up on 5 years since my system was purchased and installed and I have been extremely happy with The system and it's provided me ample power and the components of work flawlessly. I was a newbie to solar and moving to a place with no power or water. I stopped at White Mountain Solar for help. I have now bought 3 different solar controllers each for different systems. When I had trouble installing the second they walked me through my problems. I live over 3 hours away. So a store visit is a big deal. I ordered some supplies and was 3 months befire I could get there. Parts were there waiting and they acted like there was no problem in holding them for me for so long. BEN THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN DESIGNING OUR SOLAR NEEDS. THE INITIAL START FOR ME WAS NOT EVER HAVEING SOLAR BEFORE, SO IT WAS QUITE A LEARNING CURVE OIR ME. BENS WORKERS WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND I AM EXTREMELY THANKFUL FOR THE SYSTEM PUT IN FOR OUR NEEDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHITE MT SOLAR FIR YOUR SOLAR NEEDS.
We bought a 3K system from Ben 4 years ago. We were told by several of our neighbors that Ben’s business was the only place to buy from. That has been very true. We have now purchased a 10K system from Ben & have sold our 3K system to our friends. Also, before ordering the 10K, we thought a 5K system would work for us but asked Ben if he would give us credit for that order & change the order to the 10K. Ben did that with no problem. Ben & crew has been great to deal with throughout the past 4 years. Thanks Ben & crew.
