I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they sold me a system that isn't enough for an rv yet told me the system would work only power we run is a TV a 80watt heat lamp for my animal and a refrigerator right this second my system just shut off all power yet im charged at 65 percent and nothing running but a heat lamp and refrigerator and TV they held me for ransom so to speak telling me they wouldn't be willing to help me check anything out or even warranty anything until I removed my previous negative review so I did 7 mo... read more
Customer beware!! When reading reviews read the lowest, newest reviews and most relevant so you are not fooled. Communication skills suck, Customer service and support suck, service after the sale sucks. I am in the dark no power and have had a new setup put in 3 weeks ago. Do your research before using this company. I wish I had. Ditto Tommy Hart.!
It has been our pleasure working with Ben and Ken and Team at White Mountains Solar. We are really happy with our system. We got 16 panels, 2 X 6kWh LUX inverters, and 3 X 14.3kWh batteries. The system is a little BEAST. Turn the dryer on pull 6000W and 25A doesn't even dim the lights. Running like a champ. Thanks for the good times APS!
Hi folks, unfortunately I am involved in a week long issue after finding a fired employee , gave me a used or damaged inverter in the wrong box and the owner is reneging on exchanging the unit after promising to do so because a screw is missing from the side panel. I have installed the rest of the purchased system. All very messy,waiting to see if he will make good. I will post the results of this issue and my intentions to resolve, RN Saint Johns customer
