Our system is working perfectly! We bought a 5k system and for some reason the inverter was having some issue at no fault of the owner. The owner tried real hard with the manufacturer to find a fix. He was nice enough to change out the inverter with another brand and with a 6k system. The owner made it right!!! Everything is working perfectly!! The batteries charge like they should! This company is the best I have used, especially up here on the mountain! And here's why: First, I had another company come out and diagnose and fix my off-grid setup. After $$$$'s it still wasn't working right and I received excuse after excuse for why it wasn't working and i wanted to add 3 more EG4 batteries which i was quoted over $7000 to buy and install. 😵 So I called White Mountain Solar! Excellent company! Helped us update our preexisting system on the homestead we bought so it functions, and functions well. Professional installers, and quick. Would definitely recommend.
They will steal from you!!! I brought in a 5k system to get put together as i have in the past. They "tested" it and said it didn't even turn on and that they would be glad to throw it away for me. Knowing it worked just fine, I bought a generator and tested it myself to find it came right on. Can't do business like that!
