I called because my tank was backing up into my yard, they came and pumped my tank out, they said the tank was small for today standards and that I should keep in mind that upgrading wouldn't be bad. A couple years later I had more issues they came again, and showed me a tree root growing in through a crack in the tank, we decided to replace it. They were fast at getting the old tank dug out, replacing the tank and leech lines. I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were!

I recently had a septic system inspection on a home I am selling. Bret failed the system due to the tank was too small, it was out of level and the drain field was bad. He wrote system had to be replaced. He would not respond to my email for details on how he came up with this conclusion. I called the county and was informed that the tank was the correct size.
