I wouldn’t have an issue with this sleep lab if they stayed on top of things, but they don’t. I had a referral for a home sleep test sent to them by mistake from my Dr almost 2 weeks ago and they never even contacted me. I had to go bk to the dr to find out where it got mistakenly sent and have it redirected to the correct company. Once it got to the right place, it was processed within 15 min. Did a sleep study. My Doctor’s office and myself NEVER heard back from them after 2 weeks. I left 2 voicemail messages during that time. Both messages were NEVER returned. I finally had to go back there into my third week of waiting only to get excuses why my results were never processed. My Doctor and myself finally received the results later that day into week three. My advice, GO ELSEWHERE !! They don’t return calls and never answer the phone. They don’t produce results in a timely manner.
My daughter is suffering from sleep apnea and we are trying to get it treated but this sleep lab is completely incompetent with communication and follow through. We did our first sleep study over a year ago and we are still trying to get a bipap machine because they cannot fax our ENT correctly and I believe they don’t clearly understand the equipment they are prescribing. As we arrived Dr should have introduced himself. Didn't know who he was inially until he started t9 set my husband up.
