Dr Giles is a wonderful radiologist. He explained everything that was on my mammogram, discussed options, and was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and I also trust him. BTW I had no problems with his billing company, which really has nothing to do with his medical care or capabilities.
Loved working with this radiology physician. Very professional, great bedside manner and intelligent. Thank you so much for helping me be a better technologist.
This place has the worst billing service. I have Medicare and second is United Health Care. They billed my insurance with the wrong billing code more than once. My doctors office called several times to have them correct it. They did not. Without saying anything to me I was sent to collections. I paid the collections bill, appealed it with Medicare with a letter from my doctor. Medicare paid the bill to them. So, now they have been paid twice and are not giving me my money back.
