Would not recommend for adult orthodontics. I am always rushed through appointments (which are sometimes as late as thirty minutes) and important information about my process was frequently omitted. I've experienced several unpleasant surprises because I was not given the information when I should have received it. They seem to be more attentive for children, but if you're an adult looking for a practice that makes you feel like you're not an afterthought, don't go here.
After having awful dental experiences in my youth I was very hesitant to get the braces I needed and wanted as an adult. White Mountain Orthodontics was not only very affordable, but made me feel welcomed and at ease with explaining procedures and expectations during the entire process. Everyone in the office was fun, yet professional. Horrible they are over price if you make a appointment they end up needing to reschedule all the time and they are super snotty and rude especially the front desk lady would not suggest
Not good service, they screwed up during my braces process and they even screwed up MULTIPLE TIMES during my Invisalign treatment. Most employees are not gentle when doing dental work and the rest aren’t even trained properly. Last time I was in, the girl working on my stuff had a new person do a step she had never done before, and unsurprisingly something went wrong. I would not recommend this place if you’re in need of long term treatments.
