Bill is the most rudest unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. I've had this unit 7-8 years an never ever had an issue till he took over.....
Bill is very difficult to work with, and rude. After stating that the unit could be paid, a little late due to COVID-19. He still proceeded to lock out the unit, even after multiple statements of it being alright. I'm not even 2 weeks late at this point. He also stated he would give Veteran discount, which was never applied. I personally recommend people look elsewhere. A friend of mine had 3k in property stolen from their unit. That was merely 2 months late.
