Very satisfied. Worker took HIS TIME to make sure it was done right. He could have just quickly plowed through it like many in his profession do, but instead he took the extra time to make sure he did quality work. Because of that I will DEFINITELY recommend his company to others as well as call White Magic again for future cleanings.
I've used White Magic Carpet for the floors at my business and the carpets and furniture in my own home. They do great work! When Rick and his crew are done with my showroom floor it looks like polished glass... Plus when Rick has done my home his work is top notch! I have two boys and two dogs... and when Rick is done you'd never be able to tell!
