I've been to this spa on four separate occasions now, and I've been extremely happy each time I leave. My first experience was with Madison. I was experiencing a really bad rosacea flare up at the time. Madison used cooling techniques, with soothing products that made my face feel so much better. I went today for an hour and a half deep tissue massage. This is the first time I have used this location, I have had many deep tissue massages in the past. I was very pleased with the services I received. I feel as though the professional I used, Rishcar, was very thorough and attentive to my areas of concern. Kayla therapist lacked skills for a deep tissue massage as I requested when I scheduled the visit. Very cold in the room with ac blowing over me. Very noisy in the suite hearing other businesses discussions & sliding doors opening & closing. It was not a relaxing or quiet environment for a massage. You could hear Kayla breathing heavy like she was short of breath. She slapped the hot towels on me. Very uncomfortable experience & waste of my money.
