Dr. Fiona McCullough is a gem of a practitioner. She came highly recommended from a family member - I am so glad I saw her. Her level of care, compassion and expertise is above and beyond. Dr. Fiona at the White Lotus Clinic has absolutely changed my life and contributed so positively to my health. Fantastic clinic. Dr. Fiona is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She really takes the time to listen and understand you as well as explain her thoughts and treatment plans. All of the front office staff are wonderful; quick and efficient with all tasks.
I had a really bad experience recently with this clinic. I think their front desk and management is rude and have little empathy in how they talk to the patients. For any patient going through health issues, it is a hard journey. Seeking naturopath care is very expensive on it's own. It seems as if this clinic only cares about the money and less about the patient's health and truly listening to what the patient needs. I have been seeing Daryl Fang for acupuncture for a few months, and each visit has been excellent. She takes the time to understand my concerns and thoroughly explains her treatment plan. Highly recommended!
