White lotus is a super clean salon, right in the heart of Ballard. All the staff is always super nice and really accommodating, I love that when you book nail art you can text the salon ahead of time so they can get an idea of your inspo! Tiffany has been my nail artist for a couple months now and she is my person!! She’s so sweet and always down to do fun nail art and she kills it EVERY single time!!
I have been in this salonmultiple times before as I live in the area. They were ok but, I just had a horrible experience. The front desk guy was super rude. I checked their color palet then I decided to use my own color. While I was checking the colors he was looking at another direction. I've always had good experiences here, but this was probably my last time coming. When I booked my service online, I planned for a 90 minute appointment 1 hour for gel-x application + 30 minute for level 2 design. I texted the picture of my design to ensure I booked the correct level of design (2-color french tip), so it wouldn't be rushed. I was back home in under an hour, with a design that looks like a child did it.
