Absolutely the worst customer service. I also second every review mentioning that the front desk associate is rude. I haven’t had a service done here but missed my FIRST appointment due to an emergency. No grace was offered for a one time cancellation. They were going to charge me a full service fee of $65 unless I rescheduled, so I did. But after some thought, I didn’t appreciate their policy so I decided to book somewhere else and cancelled it 48 hours before the appt via voicemail but was still charged the full fee?? White lotus is a super clean salon, right in the heart of Ballard. All the staff is always super nice and really accommodating, I love that when you book nail art you can text the salon ahead of time so they can get an idea of your inspo! Tiffany has been my nail artist for a couple months now and she is my person!! She’s so sweet and always down to do fun nail art and she kills it EVERY single time!!
I have been in this salonmultiple times before as I live in the area. They were ok but, I just had a horrible experience. The front desk guy was super rude. I checked their color palet then I decided to use my own color. While I was checking the colors he was looking at another direction.
