When I lived in Saint-Boniface, I was lucky enough to be a member of this gym. Since I worked sitting down all day, it allowed me to stay active and was great for my back. It's a very clean and well-maintained gym with the friendliest staff (coach DJ who always greets you with a smile, coach Ryan who teaches with passion and openness, Max who is always open to a chat...). I especially recommend the Saturday sandbag sessions, ideal for working your whole body while gaining strength and energy.
Best gym ive been to in my 48yrs , people are amazing, shout out to DJ the owner, Ryan, Joe, Max , Morgan , always there to give you instruction when asked, top notch equipment, one of the first things you are going to notice is the cleanliness , the second is the feeling of a collective goal to better oneself/ train hard and do it properly. there is so much more-to say about this place like sandbag classes, kettlebells, yoga, mace training but you will have to come and experience yourself

I haven't checked out the gym as of yet but the website looks and the price is very reasonable. Really like all the options regarding work shops and classes. However the only thing stopping me from coming to the gym and buying a membership is that it isn't 24 hours due to my work schedule I need a gym accessible 24 hours. Are there and plans to possibly give members access 25 hours?
