I was there a year ago. Honestly it’s not the best but you get out of it what you put into it. Year later and I’m making progress. White Light is a start it’s not the cure all. You have to consistently put the tools given in therapy to work. If you’re looking for club med, this is far from it. If you’re desperate and want your life back, take a chance on Whitelight that wants to help.

This place is tragic. The residential building is literally falling apart it's an old bank they did the bare minimum and opened it right up. The housing is even worse. The apartments are close to the medina and oakwood park bad trashy apartments the water barely turns off on the shower they put 3 people in 1 small ass room and worse of all there's a dope house literally right across the street from housing I do not recommend going here if. You're serious about your recovery

Detox is cool...But PHP.... please don't....When I got here I had to go straight to groups not know where I was going to be housed at. The groups are from 9am-4pm. I didn't get on a van to get back to housing until 6pm.... Even then they didn't know where I was to be housed.... Finally I get to my bed to find my blanket with the smell a dried up old urine...SMH....The excuse was they're understaffed...SMH. No One Who I came in contact with want to be here...This place is just the worst recovery center I have even experienced... read more

I was at the place for 27 in June of 2024. It’s pretty bad. I’ve been to 3 rehabs and this was by far the worst one. I’m actually sober now but got that way 3 months after leaving white light. I was there for alcohol and complained about hallucinations for 2 days only to be ignored and ended up seizing out and had to be taken to the hospital and almost died. Wish 0 stars was an option. This place is terrible. Understaffed. The caseworker lied to my face about receiving a call, I didn’t have one until day 6 and then she’s manipulative, lying, whines to group about her daughter cutting her off and being “crazy”? Unprofessional but her license is a month old, so not shocking. Staff won’t get your belongings or let you leave until they’re “done” so good luck trying to leave- they will put you on the street as AMA even though a girl has gone missing from this and they agree its not s... read more
