They are absolutely tearable, office needs to be trained better for customer service unacceptable. The owner of Sun Homes will write and say they try to get with the people no they don't and quit saying that you do look at all the reviews and see what they say. Unacceptable in every way.

management sucks, they won’t return your calls or say they’ll get back to you. No follow up, very frustrating to deal with. Skip the front desk call corporate

applied here awhile ago, ended up being the worst experience I've ever had. they don't answer their phones, and dont call back when you leave a dozen voicemails. had to keep wasting gas going up there over and over again because they don't answer their phones or emails. very inconsiderate and act ANNOYED as if your bugging them about your application status. after A WHOLE MONTH I decided to try a different trailer park. got my application sent through, back ground check done and keys IN HAND in less than 3 days. to holly the... read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE office. We tried applying and it was over a MONTH process because holly and her team take 4 hour lunch breaks, don't answer phones, lie to you, and so on. Don't even think about applying for this place when there is so many other options. Trailers are mid as well. Nothing special at all, and to make matters worse, they will ticket you FOR ANYTHING POSSIBLE. they're scam artists.
