Current resident & it’s gone so downhill in the last few years. Groundhogs everywhere, but they don’t do anything about it. They say call pest control yourself; pest control doesn’t consider groundhogs a pest because they’re too large. I rent, & fixes take FOREVER. My furnace broke a week & a half ago and needs a full replacement, so no AC going into a terribly hot summer. I've tried to enquire on some homes, but no one answers or calls back. I've called 4 times, different days and times, all during hours of operation. Also, I've left 2 voicemails with no returned calls... Edit to add: I did leave two voicemails and still haven't received a call. It seems as though the voicemail doesn't help.
Inquired about buying a home here and received an email from Jennifer. I asked her a simple question about my self-employment and what I would need to prove in order to qualify for a home. She responded back that she can't give me any of that information and I can make an appointment to view one of the homes and that I would need to fill out a credit application . Why would I waste hours of my time looking at your property and waste your time when I don't even know if my self-employment income would allow me to get approved?... read more
