Been here over 6 years park got invaded by groundhogs which dug several holes burrowing under my home my wife and I plus several neighbors called no response $1700 a month and no response but if I don't pay one month I bet there will be a swift response!! What gives we've paid every month for over 6 years!!!
Maintenance are cool, Holly is one of the SCUMMIEST people to have as your office manager. Not only is she terrible, but getting in touch with corporate is impossible. I've left messages and even reached lower level corporate employees, about how they smashed my car with one of their trucks, and it's been over a month, no contact. They're scum don't rent or buy until they change owners and management. If you rent, they'll force you to buy or out within a year or 2 and claim their terribly built homes were perfect when you go... read more
