Inquired about buying a home here and received an email from Jennifer. I asked her a simple question about my self-employment and what I would need to prove in order to qualify for a home. She responded back that she can't give me any of that information and I can make an appointment to view one of the homes and that I would need to fill out a credit application . Certain streets are awesome other ones are noisy because of the road
They are absolutely tearable, office needs to be trained better for customer service unacceptable. The owner of Sun Homes will write and say they try to get with the people no they don't and quit saying that you do look at all the reviews and see what they say. Unacceptable in every way.
