I just came across an old email I had forgotten about. I purchased a Groupon for microderm abrasion facials in 2013. They never answered the phone or returned my multiple voicemails within the 1 year the deal was valid for (or the last additional 10 years). Rude reception that don’t wanna do their job. I asked her nicely if she can change my pharmacy, she rudely said no. They’re not always of top of things always have to call them for it . FIND A BETTER PLACE !!
The most chaotic, unorganized, unprofessional medical office staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve dealt with Worker’s Compensation offices that were more organized and communicative. I won’t be going back.
I had three tattoos removed here. It was great. The woman who worked on me was great. Excellent price for tattoo removal. One woman behind the desk yelled at me and I wasn’t even going to her side of the practice. It happened only once.
Great place to have laser hair removal, spot and acne treatment and many other services they offer. Great staff 👍 professional and they are very reasonable with prices. I highly recommend this office been coming about 10 years now.
