I just came across an old email I had forgotten about. I purchased a Groupon for microderm abrasion facials in 2013. They never answered the phone or returned my multiple voicemails within the 1 year the deal was valid for (or the last additional 10 years). I physically visited the office to try to schedule as well, and no one would assist me. The receptionist told me to visit "the other side". There was no one there. Rude reception that don’t wanna do their job. I asked her nicely if she can change my pharmacy, she rudely said no. They’re not always of top of things always have to call them for it . FIND A BETTER PLACE !!
The most chaotic, unorganized, unprofessional medical office staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve dealt with Worker’s Compensation offices that were more organized and communicative. I won’t be going back.
