The rooms at White Lake Assisted Living are beautiful. But the management and care are below standard. In the first 24 hours our parent was there, they did not bring her breakfast or even stop in to check on her. They also did not give her the medications she needed. The reasoning we got for this was that she did not fill out all the paperwork, however, no one mentioned that until we asked why they didn't give her the meds.
