kb I lived here for almost 10 years and every year the lot rent went up 15 to 20 dollars! The manager at that time was Lee and at first she was really good and kept everything in line and then she got sick and was never around and when she finally came back she was not good at her job. I had a noisy, disrespectful neighbor who I complained about on a daily basis. I was told that this wasn't the parks problem it was mine!!
