The boutique itself is beautifully designed and the booking process was simple and straightforward. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. Before your appointment, you're asked to create a “wish list” of dresses from their website. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that two of the dresses I had chosen weren’t available in the boutique. This was disappointing, especially after driving an hour and a half to get there. It’s a small boutique with very limited options. The bride of our group also felt rushed. No advice given. We felt like we were the one conversing with the sales person and asking questions. It was an alright experience.
These women at White lace know what there doing! They are very good at choosing what dress fits your body type and have a beautiful selection of dresses that are high quality. Love love love my experience here.
Closed before 8 - not every bride wants to have a sales person by there side well shopping .. I have never been a customer because you guys state a closing time on google and don’t actually close when listed on line… ofc you have a 5 star review if you report the negative ones … im glad google see the need to keep the review standing
