2/15/2025, was our wedding. Booked the white hummer on 1/9/2025 as a surprise for my new wife. they drove up with older model Escalade. Emailed next day , called the office following Tuesday to discuss what happened , and no direct answer and not even an apology. but pretty much said I still used services , and I should consider that much.Hummer broke down 10 days prior and I said that was plenty of time to get notified and not my fault.
