We had a very special event last night and my daughter had the worst limo experience. We were originally told we’d have a new limo that suddenly went into the shop the week of due to air conditioning, to end up with another that had a terrible AC even though we were told it would have a better AC then the newer one. The limo was ancient to say the least and to top it off I only got a $60 discount for what was their issue not mine and that is because I asked for it and was denied it originally. I can not express how AMAZING our celebration was because of White Knights Limousine and Ballroom. Leticia and Gary were the absolute best to work with. They provide ALL INCLUSIVE packages for reasonable prices to meet your budgets. Like everyone else, we are a busy family and planning a celebration for 2 events (50th birthday and Texas Tech graduation) was overwhelming. This is tough… seemed like all was going to be fine and as long as nothing goes wrong or you have any problems, you might be fine. No ownership for verbal agreement. Even after signing the contract it was still a fight. They came back and charged an extra day even after the contract stated and paid for an extra day return. Terribly unpleasant to deal with and never wrong. The van we rented was terrible and never would have if enterprise had not dropped the ball. Bad experience all around. Silvia picked us up on time and was very sweet. She made us feel like we were friends that she was helping out. This includes staying in touch before and after our event to make sure we were ready. She came to pick us up at the end of our venue a little early after finding out that the concert was done. She very professional and personable. Would recomend.
