I booked a consultation for blonde hair and paid $50 for it. During the consultation, I was told they needed to do a test bleaching first, which I agreed to. However I didn’t receive any proper recommendation or clear explanation about what my hair would look like after bleaching. It felt like a waste of time and money, as I expected professional guidance from someone experienced in blonde colouring.
