Nahida consistently went above and beyond to help me create my dream dress. From day one, she not only helped me with selections but also gave me ideas on how she can build on the dress to make my vision come to life. She has amazing customer service skills, is super patient and is just a sweetheart. She even offered to deliver my dress to my house when she recognized that my schedule was tight at the time. Hanan was instrumental in helping me find my dress! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want, and is an incredibly lovely person! They do any alterations that you may need in-house, and I feel very confident recommending their shop! Check out White & Ivory, you won’t regret it! Thanks for everything Hanan! I can’t wait to wear my dress later this year!
The lady here offers amazing costumer service, and was able to recommend me an amazing dress that suited me, and what i wanted. They also offer to get it sized by them instead of paying someone else to do it. They have amazing prices and an amazing selection much different than other stores in Edmonton.
As we all know it's NOT easy when selecting a dress!! I had a vision in my mind for what I wanted. I ended up get nothing what I pictured and it's all thanks to the amazing service I was provided by Hanan! This boutique is a total vibe. So laid back and patient. The more dresses she selected I thought the price was sure to go up and it actually went down! Hands down 10/5 experience
Absolutely LOVED this place! Hanan was really wonderful to work with, and so helpful. This private boutique is very comfortable and bright, with a selection of dresses that is diverse, but still sufficiently curated that you don't feel overwhelmed.
