I'll be going to the weekend silent retreat for the third time on January 22nd and cannot wait! What a blessing to have the opportunity to do this. I would highly recommend anyone do this. The first time I went I was apprehensive about the silent part of the retreat but when it was all over I realized that's what makes it so special and recharging. All that time from Thursday night to Sunday afternoon devoted to spiritual reflection is awesome!
