Nightmare It flooded, ants , snakes, raccoon wasp Musty smell too
The place is run down, spiders in all the bathrooms, chairs covered in dust. The family of the bride and groom's family had to do 95% of cleaning, setting up, and tear down despite having paid a set up fee. Had to power wash the gazebo, outside concrete for the ceremony, and had to sweep, mop, and vacuum the entire downstairs. Half the lights weren't working/ burnt out, smelled of mold and must. Worst service ever! I’m sorry no service at all. Made the bride and groom clean up and set up after they paid a deposit for set up!!!! No staff what so ever!
Overall, the location was lovely. However, there were significant issues with the management. I cannot recommend Vickie Hergerber as a wedding coordinator. In my experience, she displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of willingness to fulfill her duties. The wedding party had to handle cleaning, coordination, and decoration on their own, as Vickie was unwilling to assist when asked. This added unnecessary stress for the bride and groom, with the groom even having to set up for an hour despite Vickie supposedly spending four ... read more
