I usually have great experiences at doctors and dentist office, but I couldn't deny that the front office workers were rude, especially the older lady with very short blonde hair. The dental assistant was odd because she never spoke and usually they tell you what is going on as they are working on your teeth. She did sigh though real loudly when I choked on my own spit lol. Might have caught them all on an off day, but it was still very off putting.
I went to dentist in Berea had a tooth broken and was hurting I had never been to Whitehouse before ,dentist usually scare me, lol,but the dentist a lady in Berea took some time to look at it did a xray it was infected and she gave me medicine for it I went back in 7 day got tooth xtracted 8/23/24 at 800 am. She dentist can't remember her name now sorry, came in talk to me ask me how I was doing, I think she cares about her patients, she was very very nice her assistant was nice I have never felt that good about going to a d... read more
I’m giving three stars ONLY because the dentist was understanding and great if it wasn’t for him I’d give them 1 star. The front staff and the nurses are rude, they look at you like you have two heads and they’re extremely judgmental sounding when they speak to you. I won’t be going back.
