Had a deck built by them with an upper and lower section. They completed the upper. Very nice job. But they had a disagreement with the building inspector, and never finished the lower in spite of collecting the full fee. We went back and forth with them and the building inspector . Two years later they no longer return my calls, emails or letters. At one point they even took down part of the lower deck they had completed!
