Didn't call when they said they did and also said I could come in then told me when I got there that they weren't qualified even tho they said they could on the phone if I could I would put half a star
Had an appointment on the 17th of December for a toothache that had been bothering me for a wk. They done an assessment. Gave me ibuprofen n antibiotics. An gave me an appointment to get it extracted in the middle of January. Not pleased about that since I have had pain everyday with this. I don't want to take the ibuprofen or Tylenol. I just wanted the thing out so I could heal. But no. Have to wait almost a freaking whole month of this tooth agony. So that just sucks! Went in for a sensitive issue and I was treated with professionalism and care. My Dr was very friendly and open, even eased my mind. I went in a nervous wreck and came out much calmer. The receptionist was friendly and professional. These are good people that seem like they care about their community.
