Veronica, the manager of WHBM at 281 location, is definitely not customer oriented and rude! I purchased 3 pairs of pants, all same style and size, and 1 pair is too baggy, not true to size. When I attempted to return this 1 item out of hundreds of dollars worth of clothes, I was told by Veronica that I was 1 day too late on their 60 day return policy and essentially insinuated it was my fault for not trying on the slacks earlier.
