Always have a fantastic experience here at WHBM Stonebriar. The ladies are wonderful at helping me coordinate outfits and showing new items. If it’s not available in store in my size, the girls will always offer to order it for me. They’re wonderful at thinking outside the fashion box to put outfits together I’d never have considered without their recommendations. Love shopping at this location. Was here shopping with my mom and sister and sales lady was extremely unhelpful and quite rude stares the whole time without offering a single word of help and didn’t even make an effort to try to ask if we needed help at all and just gave off terribly rude vibes the whole time Would never shop in this type of place again as long as they employ such terrible people.
I have been a White House Black Market customer for years! I bought a dress to wear to a wedding this past weekend. I ordered the beginning of August. I know my size with this company because I’ve been shopping there for so long. It fit, however, had a manufacturer defect it bubbled out on one side because it wasn’t sewn properly. I went to take it back. I was over their 60 day return policy. However, when you sell a defective piece of merchandise, you should take it back even if it is over the 60 days.
